    Earlier today, the Cloud UI experienced a brief period of unavailability which may have impacted your ability to access dashboards, reports, and other Cloud platform features.

    The issue has been identified and resolved, and all services are now operating normally. No data was lost during the incident, and all historical data remains fully intact. Our team is actively investigating the root cause to prevent recurrence.

Multiple Web Application Pages Intermittently Failing to Load

    The intermittent display issue affecting certain application pages (Analytics, Point of Sale, Video, Security Events, and Health Monitoring) has been resolved.

    To reiterate, this issue was limited to page rendering only. All data collection and data streams were operating normally throughout the incident and were never affected.

    The team has identified the root cause and a fix is currently under review.
